Jeg er uddannet læge og PhD. Jeg har en master i offentlig ledelse og har derudover en coach uddannelse og er certificeret coach.

De sidste 14 år har jeg arbejdet som leder. Jeg har praktisk erfaring både indenfor strategisk ledelse, faglig ledelse, personale leder og med ledelse af den daglige drift.

Som personaleleder har jeg erfaring med både  ledelse af medarbejdere og ledelse af og gennem ledere.
